Roles & Responsibilities:
- Excellent technical abilities in order to successfully perform job responsibilities
- Research and well prepare for technical future and issue
- Leading, guiding and forming team members to meet system developmentlife cycle goal
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projectsare completed to standard
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements as needed
- Keeping up-to-date with digital trends and developments
- Motivating team and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns in an efficiency way
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years experience in technical lead role
- Applicable skills of mobile or website systems, security, open source tools, programming languages, IOT and other related digital platform important skills.
- Relevant certification may be required
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- High degree of adaptability in order to learn new technologies as needed and successfully manage the daily challenges of a technical environment
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously in difficult circumstances
- Good Personality and strong presentation and coordination skill
- Experiences in startup team would be advantage
- Experiences in micro-service would be advantage
- Experiences in block-chain would be advantage
Expectation:
- Lead the developer team to achieved project and business goal as long asmaintaining the team to meet the best standard
- Technical consultancy on every edge of system development life cycle includingevolution, configuration, and risk management
