Business Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding as-is process, analyzing users' requirements and documents requirements.
- Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems
- Assessing the business model and its integration with technology
- Assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution
- Business researching, gathering and synthesizing information
- Document Work : Proposal, Business Requirement Document, Business Flow
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years working experience as a Business Analyst preferably in financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command in English
- Strong analytical skills to propose solutions/workarounds for identified issues.
- Ability to identify system gaps, document business processes, and convey the customized design to the software development team.
- Can-do attitude and believe in continuous improvement
