Business Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Understanding as-is process, analyzing users' requirements and documents requirements.
  • Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems
  • Assessing the business model and its integration with technology
  • Assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution
  • Business researching, gathering and synthesizing information
  • Document Work : Proposal, Business Requirement Document, Business Flow

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience as a Business Analyst preferably in financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good command in English
  • Strong analytical skills to propose solutions/workarounds for identified issues.
  • Ability to identify system gaps, document business processes, and convey the customized design to the software development team.
  • Can-do attitude and believe in continuous improvement
